I am a Macys cardholder and I am becoming increasingly disgruntled with their policies. I recently tried to return an item to the store (unworn/tags on/with receipts); however, I was told that my purchase was "LAST ACT"and it does not qualify for the normal Macys 180 day return policy OR a 60 day return policy. Apparently "Last Act", which is different than regular clearance items, are required to be returned within 30 days. I purchased it 32 days ago. I honestly did not know that. I assumed the policy was the same for ALL merchandise. I asked for an exception from management and they refused. So, not only am I supposed to accept that the coupons you send out to cardholders DON'T WORK ON ANYTHING...but I'm also expected to know all the different clothing categories you have at your store and their refund/exchange policies. Total BS! I will be canceling my card and taking my business elsewhere. Your company is SCAM.

Purchased two pairs of boots online from Macy's. I returned one pair at the Brookwood Macy's and the sales woman was very very rude. She was talking with a customer and I couldn't find anyone else to help me so I politely asked if she was working the register. She said "yeah" and was very put off by my asking. I walked to to the register and she took her time coming to help me. She said "return" I said yes and I wanted to get another pair of boots but she was so unfriendly that I was uneasy about asking her for help. I did ask if they carried the boot that I purchased on line. Her answer "yeah" I asked where they were. She responded "over there". Very unfriendly and bothered that she had to take care of me at all. I'll go somewhere else to purchase boots. What a shame
