I called Payless in the Mall to ask did they have Cowgirl boots for my granddaughter performance at school. I was told they only had two pairs left. One luckily in her size. Due to health problems I can not walk a far distance, so I fear going to the mall. I was given direct instructions on how to enter to go straight to Payless. To my astonishment it was the first store to our left as we entered. I was also able to buy her tights there for her recidal and flip flops for her field trip. I killed three bird's with one stone.

Accepted delivery of my shoes that were supposed to be delivered to a different store and never shipped to other correct store. Wouldn't let me cancel.

My husband lost the extra travel bag that had his walking shoes in it. We dropped in the Savannah Derenne Ave location and couldn't have asked for a greater experience. Although many summer items were minimum due to season change, your employee Kim is the main reason I'm reviewing. She is an all around professional with much knowledge and patience but most importantly she is genuinely a nice person. I've enjoyed the kind hearted folks in Savannah and I hope one day I see Kim in the news doing great things contributing to our society. We don't meet many in the service industry like her nowadays and whether her career path keeps her with Payless or other avenues she sure deserves to have a rewarding and fulfilling life. My next trip up I'll drop in and see if she's still around. Bravo to whomever brought her onboard with Payless!
