The food is surprisingly good. I ordered a blt sandwich and was impressed with the ingredients and flavor. The overall variety of the menu was good as well. They also  have a bar and a lot of fun decor.  I can see it being a decent place to meet a couple people for lunch or dinner. Or just to fly solo since it's pretty small and inconspicuous. 

 Unfortunately the place is small so I wouldn't bring a big group of people. If I recall it looks like they can only fit about 20 people at a time... Maybe less.

 Also when I was there it looked like they were really short staffed. The food took a while to be made and they only had one waiter for the majority of the time I was there.  I'm not sure if that was normal. Either way though they were doing a good job with what they had so it didn't bother me too much.

Waited 5 minutes to sit, and then 15 minutes later. A party seated the same time as us left before we received our food - but it was good! I think we were almost in between the formal brunch / dinner hours, or some waitstaff thought they were too busy and didn't want anymore patrons. 

I have been a few more times since my initial review and the food is still amazing, and the service has vastly quickened, and the place has expanded. I'm a bit weirded out by the new wait area- it seems oversized and bulky.

Bell Cafe is a favorite spot of mine. The menu is delicious & well plated. They acquired the space next door  so larger groups can now be accommoded. They have a  relaxed atmosphere,  live music,  specials for date night & outdoor seating.

What a doll of a place! Great atmosphere! Friendly waitresses and the food was great. I enjoyed seeing all the different art work.

Absolutely awesome Valentine's day. The food was amazing the service was the best ever. Dessert was the most heavenly think I have ever eaten. Definitely would do it again.
