Was gonna leave 1 star but the food was delicious so it gets 2. We walked in at 1pm. It took 10 minutes for our order to be taken and another 35 minutes to get it. If you're in a hurry this is not the place for you. Rice and chicken shouldn't take 35 minutes to cook. The place was less than half full of customers. Time management is rough here

It use to be great. In the past few months the service has declined. They messed up a delivery order, it was late and they forgot part of the order, when we called they said they were too busy to do anything about it. We gave them another chance and went in. They sat us and took our order, then no one came to our table for 20 minutes. Other tables seated after us were getting their soup, we were not. When we asked the waitress, she said they were busy. After an hour we had not received our food and had only had our water refilled once. It was the first time I ever walked out of a restaurant. There was no apology when explaining to the hostess why we were leaving, she just asked if we told our waitresses. I may have if I had seen her in 20 minutes.

Excellent Chinese food, yet fast with the service. Their food has great taste and has been a local staple for years. Worth the trip to get quality Chinese food.

Had dinner at Chen's last night. We were the only 2 customers they had. We were given a menu and a glass of water and after waiting for 15 minutes had go to the waitress and ask her to take our order and if we could have some noodles. She slammed the noodles on the table, then took our order but waited another 5 minutes before she took it to the kitchen. The first check she brought us wasn't ours....no apologies, she just looked as though it was our fault. When she brought the correct check the price for my dinner was wrong so we asked another waitress to check it. When no one came back to our table we went to the check out to pay. Our original waitress was there she took my friends money and the the phone rang. Instead to asking that person to hold so she could check me out she proceeded to take FOREVER to take the order. After more than a couple of minutes I had had enough and finally told her (while she was still on the phone) that if she didn't take my money then that I would leave. Once she hung up I told her the price for my meal was wrong so she started tapping her computer screen then flipped through the menu obviously unhappy that I would challenge her. She said the computer was correct and the menu was wrong that the price was changed years ago. I told her that wasn't my problem and I was only going to pay the menu price. She rang up my meal at the menu price and whipped out the charge slip for me to sign and draw a line through the tip. My tip to this hateful woman is find another job. I will say the food was very good but not good enough for me to subject myself to such RUDE and HATEFUL service! If I could give them a minus 5 I would.
