I have done 3 laser hair removal appointments in very large area. Lots of hair to permanently remove. Appoinments are quick. There is a little bit of pain but that is to be expected. I have been to two other places for laser hair removal. 1 in Diamond Bar doesn't have nurses as it is necessary that they should have. The other place in Irvine is also professional and has RNs. At Bella Sol Med Spa they go through great lengths to minimize that pain. I am doing the chest, torso and lower beard (neck area). And the pain is just that day. There is redness but again to be expected. And again they go through great lengths to minimize.

A lot of the complaints are for scheduling... So as long as you yourself are good with coming in on time or early. You'll appreciate the wonderful service. I don't think this business deserves the low scores at all. It should be 4.5 to 5 stars... But some people like to blame others for their own faults.

One time I was stuck in traffic and called ahead to tell them I'd be 5 minutes late. Please, please come to office early and don't blame others for your tardiness.

I bought a groupon and made an appointment on the same day.  I was happy that they could get me in was exceptionally disappointed in the misleading groupon.  The groupon offered a spray tan for $23, but once I got to the appointment I was charged and additional 50%.  I do not recommend this place based on the fact that I feel mislead.

Read the small print very carefully before you part with money here. I paid a deposit of $5,000 for a cool-sculpt treatment for the following week. After reading their disclaimer and discussing it with my husband I cancelled the appointment with 5 days notice. To cut a long story short,   had difficulty getting any money back and eventually was charged $750.00 as a cancellation fee.They returned only $4,250. 00.  I spoke with the owner and asked why, she said a "set up fee"  there was 5 days before my appointment so no set up fee should have applied.  I am appalled at their business ethics and they have lost what could have been a good client.

Had an appointment this evening waited for 35 mins even told the person on the reception desk that I had to leave she said it would just be a minute - I still waited for 15 mins after that - left without getting the laser done as no one was the to answer any questions - 

They sent me 5 text messages reminding me of my appointment it would be nice if they meant to keep their appointments and provide customer service - if you are busy then you need to not take appointments as we too have a busy schedule - I will also go and complain about them to BBB

Got a Groupon here, shelby was beyond courteous. Very friendly. Got me in and done so quick. Highly recommend.
