I can't believe they charge five dollars per nail for a design. I didn't ask for an elaborate design...just a line on each nail. A minimalist- geometric type of design that I saw on Pintrest. Who pays $50 for a design on top of the cost of the manicure??!! Ridiculous. Never going back. I warned my family about this place. The manager on duty was rude and had absolutely no customer service acumen. Never again.

Great salon! Good quality products! People that really care for their clients and the services they provide. These girls test the newest products and trends and are doing it for the good on the customer. I found this place after being treated terribly and receiving the worst service for a "swanky" salon I vowed to never go back to. When I arrived At q nails I was instantly greated and sat down to get my nails redone... these girls really care for their clients. Knowing all by name and talking to them about their personal lives. It was the best experience at a salon and I will be back

I was a walk in client. When I arrived I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. Then directed to pick out a color. All standard stuff for any nail salon. My wait was maybe 5 minutes before I was directed to a chair. I was immediately handed a very think menu asking which pedicure I wanted. After looking it over, I picked the $32 one. The pedicure itself wasn't bad, but not really worth $32. Nothing special above any other pedicure I had in the $20 price range. Their tools appeared clean. They lined each tub with a plastic liner, but when clients were done, there was no sanitizing or wiping down done. During my pedicure, the technician poked and prodded at my toe nails until I was bleeding. I've never bled before while getting a pedicure. After seeing how they clean, I'm just hoping and praying I don't get an infection. As I walk up to pay, there is a big sign that says cash discount.  I was paying cash, but wasn't offered or given a discount. All in all... I don't think I'll go back or recommend them to anyone due to how they dont clean between clients.

Fantastic salon! I have been going to Q nails for over two years now and even after moving to Glendale, I still drive down just to get my nails done. I absolutely love this place and the staff is great.

No pressure to step up to a more exspensive service and no charge to use a credit card. Professional, clean and they gave me a very good pedi. My new regular place for my monthly treat, highly recommend.
