My first time going to Massage Envy after that whole debacle of men being inappropriate and they were great. The woman at the front desk with the lovely eyelashes went above and beyond when she greeted me, and kneeled on the floor explaining things to my friend and I. My masseuse Ken was very good and i have no complaints. I will follow up when i get back to Colorado

I have been going here for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service and the therapists know what they are doing and they continuously learn new techniques. I've taken family members and friends and they have all come out with a smile and thanking me. Michael is the best. Thanks M.E.

We kind of hate the customer service here.  We tried to cancel and they kept billing us.  We had to cancel our credit card and all of that hassle!  Now they keep sending us emails.  We reply to stop and they continue.  

Therapists were fine.

They called to cancel my appointment 1 hour before my appointment time. What's the point of scheduling and confirming if they don't accommodate when unexpected things happen on their end.
