Laura is AWESOME and talented! My mom had cancer surgery and wasn't out of recovery until much later in the afternoon, which means she didn't have a room until late ...I called Laura to give her the room number and told her she could deliver in the morning, since it was so late. She delivered that evening, anyway! My mom was thrilled with the flowers. My mom said she thought Laura was me walking in the room...too funny, guess my mom was really out of it! Thank you, Laura, you went above and beyond and it is MUCH appreciated! :-)

Knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't have to worry about my order - I live out of state - great customer service! And the arrangement turned out beautiful.

This shop is beautiful! From the moment I walked it was extremely welcoming (smelt good too!). Soft music was playing in the background and the lay out made it very easy to look around. I was ordering a dozen roses and was very quickly helped! My arrangement was done in less then 15 minutes and I had a very enjoyable experience!
