I've placed orders online/over the phone through Enchanted Florist a couple of times but just recently went in to order a bouquet to be delivered to my niece for her 16th birthday. I asked for 16 roses in different colors and expected they'd be small white, yellow, and light pink things with some baby's breath and greenery since I wasn't more specific. The woman who took my order, Bee?, was friendly and helpful and got all the details taken care of then invited me to look around the shop. 
Today, I received a picture of the bouquet and was delighted with how big and beautiful it is! 
I highly recommend using this florist if you're looking for a fanciful or unique gift, fresh flowers, and especially for deliveries in the Tri-Lakes area.

I have nothing but glowing words for the flowers you delivered to my sister for her birthday!  I only asked that they didn't look like they were from FTD and you certainly delivered!  Thank you very much!

The gals at The Enchanted Florist are remarkably creative and talented. I had an unusual request for wedding flowers that included succulents and hops and I don't think they even hesitated to get on it. They were so kind and gracious when I worked with them on a budget and they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. The bouquets, boutonnieres, flower halo and corsages were all so, so beautiful. Do not hesitate to work with these gals for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

Very rude millennial answered the phone and was irritated that Im not a flower professional. Delivered to, and signed for, by the wrong Nancy. I guess last names don't matter.. Keep up the good work. 0 stars.

I have ordered many arrangements for a variety of occasions.  I have always just let the florist be innovative and create a custom arrangement.  I just set the price and let them create cut flower arrangements or provide center pieces for special occasions such as a baby shower.   Their work as always been exceptional, colorful, and well balanced.  The flowers have lasted many days.  Delivery was always on time.  Service was always courteous and professional.  They also provided arrangements for my wife's memorial service and they were very helpful and understanding.  I have read some of the negative reviews and have never experienced this since using this florist since 2003.  Their service has been consistently exceptional.
