Ordered on Sat to be delivered on Monday Called on Monday to make sure about the order and called several times with promise someone would call me back no phone call.  Tues.  same thing.  Canceled order at 10 am  at 12 they send me invoice like they just got order and charge my card.  STILL NO RETURN CALL TO ME.  GET NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND.     DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Paid for flowers way before Valentine’s Day and paid the ten dollars for them to be delivered on VALENTINES DAY here it is at 6pm on Valentine’s Day and guess what still no flowers. How romantic! Oh and called at 2pm to see if it was being delivered or if I should just go pick them up to be told that they don’t know if the flowers are being delivered or at the store so they will notify the the florist and call me back to see,guess what! THEY NEVER CALLED, so I drove down to the shop to ask where the flowers are at 425pm to be told they are on the truck being delivered I paid over 120$ to be let down on Valentine’s Day! Great business

I recently wrote a bad review on a Springs Florist shop. I made a mistake. I wrote the review on another Florist shop in North part of the Springs. Mentioned they were on vacation in Vegas. This florist shop was not the one I wrote about. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have only been in this shop once and these people were very nice and courteous.

These ladies are so sweet and nice! As someone who doesn’t know anything about flowers, they helped me out with everything. My lady loved every bit and will definitely go back!

Not a dependable business. Received notification of delivery, one day before scheduled date of flower delivery. However, flowers did not arrive. Believing flowers did not arrive, ordered another bouquet of flowers from another vendor(which arrived no problem). Asked for refund, then flowers arrived (now having duplicate bouquets). Still waiting for refund, employees are inept in helping resolve the issue and differ to the owner, who cannot be reached
