I moved in to Bella Terra a few years ago. I have transferred within the community a couple times, and I also moved out for a short time, but found myself moving back pretty quickly! This community is great. My 1 bedroom was very spacious, enough for a king size bed even! I LOVE the kitchen islands that their homes offer (at least in the 3 different floor plans I have lived in). The windows are large and let in a lot of natural light. The staff is great. They recently changed management and that can always be scary as a resident. However, I have not had any issues with the new management company. The renewal rates have fluctuated but have always been close to the same if not less than what a new resident would pay. Neighbors are also wonderful! There is no reserved parking spaces, unless you want a garage (which costs less than the other communities nearby - I noticed this when searching for an apartment a few years ago). Even with parking being first come first served, parking is not an issue and I have never had to park far from my house. I have lived in several communities where parking is a major issue, and that is NOT the case here!

I've lived there for a year, and it is one of the nicest places I've lived since moving here 16 yrs ago. Lovely serene setting, coffee shops, dry cleaners, and restaurants in the complex, makes it very convenient for daily living. The units were well laid out, with plenty of storage space, though I will admit, I was living alone, but still I was very happy and satisfied with it. As far as the noise concerns, I was away from the pool, so I never experienced anything from loud kids or teenagers. The only noise that bothered me when i first moved in was the 4:30am take-offs from nearby Pane Field when the take-off flight path brought the planes directly over my building. But that wasn't everyday, and it was mostly a nuisance in the begging in the summer time when my bedroom window was open, but I soon got used to it. If i wasn't moving in with my girlfriend, I'd still be there, I recommend to anyone looking in that area for an apartment. The best complex in Mukilkteo

Looks good on the surface. Don't let them fool you. Just like previous responses, very loud neighborhood and horrible management. Any complaints or concerns are dismissed.

Terrible management and customer service. I waited for a long tims to speak to someone to get some info. One of the older property managers at the office kept chatting with another lady on all kinds of stuff while having guests were waiting. She didn't event have the courtesy to let people know or acknowledge if others needed help. Her name is Meg, as listed on the name plate. It seems that the younger property manager was doing all the work. I'd rate their service 0 star if there was an option.

Living hell in the summer months - if you have a unit anywhere near the outdoor pool. It's populated by screaming children, all day every day. Come night, it turns into the hangout spot for roaming feral packs of teenagers (I've come to the conclusion 90% of them don't even live here), and out comes the smoking, music, and yelling. Pool supposedly closes at 10pm (which is still way too late, in my opinion), but rule is completely unenforced. Don't know how many times I've been woken up after midnight on weekdays. The units themselves are nice.. but not nice enough to justify losing your sanity 4 months out of the year. Unless you manage to find a short term, winter lease, I'd keep looking.
