My son's experience with this unethical company.  These were 4 young men all 24 years of age or older with good jobs and excellent character references!

So yesterday was move in day for my 3 roommates and I. We met our agent at the house at 6pm with our stuff to move in only to be blindsided that someone was still living there. We have papers in hand signed saying that move in day was the 3rd and verbal agreements with both the owner and agent that we would wait until the 8th. We go in and talk to them and after these facts are brought up the owner gets defensive and cancels our deal on the day we are to move in. All of us are employed, no legal issues, make over 4 times the rent and have been flexible this whole process to make it work. Even agreed to wait even longer for the owner to get it together and move out. This leaves one of us technically homeless. No solution is offered from century 21 and we've just wasted the last month and a half being told we had this place only to get treated like that and left sitting in the driveway of the place we have papers saying is ours being told we need to leave. They're also still holding our money until Monday. How the hell does that happen

I have more than 8 days that my washing machine does not work, he was notified before for someone to come and check it, I pay 1800 per month
