I am absolutely disgusted with the service and deserts I was given. I placed an order on grub hub for their desert menu. I ordered almost the entire menu for a movie night with family. When it came I was surprised with how quickly it arrived. When I opened the boxes everything was frozen and covered in frost. When I called I was given complete attitude and was told that's how it comes and they don't know what else to tell me. I spent $25 on frost frost bitten deserts and was told that's just the way it is while she laughed and talked to another person about my complaint with me on the phone. I will never order from here again and I let the girl know and she again laughed at me.

Wonderful Service, the meal I enjoyed was my fine moment to eat at the restaurant. I thought think maybe I will return again soon.

Rude treatment, we won't be back. We went there to get a quick bite, just a cheese pizza, nothing fancy. There was only one other customer in there, and someone doing deliveries, but the person taking our order (the owner?) seemed annoyed that we were there, and paying by credit card , and would not swipe again if we wanted other things afterwards. I wanted to wash up before eating, but they do not have a bathroom. When we got the pizza, it was in a takeout box, we asked for plates, he grudgingly gave us a few. The pizza itself was good enough, but the service ruined the experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLA VILLA We placed an order online, paid via credit card. Less than a minute later, I called the restaurant to tell ask if we could add a salad. They told me the salad could not be added to our order. The reason? They have a $15 credit card minimum, and the salad was only $7. I explained that I had just placed a $40 order online, and simply forgot an item. He kept telling me I didn't understand they had a minimum charge, and the salad wasn't enough. He said they have to pay "like 5 dollars" to the credit card companies for each swipe. I told him to add the $5, but he yelled at me that wouldn't be $15 total. My final response was to cancel the order, and inform him that I would be writing a negative review. "Go ahead, just make sure you get the story straight. You couldn't understand a $15 minimum." Seems to me he didn't understand a $47 order is greater than $15. Plus, I've done books for plenty of businesses, and know how much the fees are. No company will charge you anywhere near that per swipe, unless you signed some crazy deal and are willfully being ripped off.
