I love that the ventilation is great in this facility. You’re not “hit in the face” with that awful glue/chemical smell when you open the door, like other places I’ve visited in the area. I’m also impressed at how much the gals remember about me when I come in. Very nice ladies.

Great service, they did an excellent job on my nails and toes. There are 26 pedicure chairs here - making it a great place for a birthday, bachelorette, wedding party or girls night.

I have been coming to this salon since they opened. I love this place! I typically make an appointment with Mindy. She is so sweet and does a wonderful job every time. Even when I have had other technicians, the service has been great. I have gone to other salons even in other states. Never have I had such superb service as I get at Belle Vous Nail Salon in Plano. 
I highly recommend this location!

I asked for a basic manicure and pedicure and got charged over $200. Got to the point where the police were involved for verbal abuse towards me. Racist towards my friend. Women working there made us very uncomfortable with the way they were touching us. This place should be shut down! Something fishy definitely going on here. And I STILL didn't even get the courtesy of a refund, which is all I wanted.

Did a sloppy job.  Told me one price at start charged another at the end , and couldent explain what she was charging me extra for . worse nail salon experince .
