The customer service here is amazing.  I came in thinking I was just going to get my previous acrylic set removed but when I saw how well Theresa and Maria treated their customers, I knew I had to give them a try.  Theresa did a phenomenal job on my nails.  She picked out the color and accent color for me and it looks great.  I can't give enough positive remarks for this salon!

Great place with no wait while I was there. I loved the lady who did my nails. She was kind and had a conversation with me. I highly recommend City Nails & Spa to anyone in the Carrollton area. Very nice people and great service with affordable prices.

Horrible customer service. My daughter had an appointment for a fill-in. I went with her hoping to get a walk-in pedicure. When we showed up on time, we were greeted by being told they couldn't give us a service. We said that one of us had an appointment. The woman who greeted us acknowledged that my daughter had and appoint and told us to waiy. After 20 minutes another customer came in, was asked what they wanted and was seen for a pedicure while we continued to sit there.
After over 40 minutes of waiting and we decided to walk out. Im not sure what we did to be treated so rudely but I will never go back there.

Have been going to this great place for many many years. The owner is Theresa and she is great but my favorite is Jennifer ( there are two Jennifer's) so try both!

Teresa and Marie were excellent. Absolutely loved my nails. Will definitely be returning.
