Spa Castle is the perfect combination of traditional Asian saunas and luxurious European spas. In consultation with overseas experts, we have created numerous innovative spa and sauna systems never seen before in the United States. This place is such a great place to just lay back and relax. I've been here 3x and the last time was the best. It was on a Saturday early evening hours where they had great music playing on the inside which just made it a fun, relaxing environment. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the drink prices. They're outrageous. We had 3 double shots of crown and that came up to $70.00 which includes an automatic 18% gratuity charge for each alcoholic beverage. That's crazy but overall everything else is perfect.

Great place to relax. Last visited on 2017 Thanksgiving day & there wasn't a big crowd which made the experience more pleasant. The tickets were on sale directly from their website (weekend rate is usually $50 but was discounted for $24) so it was great value. You can't bring in outside food, but the food that's being offered has decent variety & quality, although it's a bit pricey (but not greatly overcharged like some amusement parks). A few things that I didn't like: a) We got there shortly after it opened & the weather was a bit chilly. The outside pools were heated but the water jets were pushing out cold water in the early hours. It eventually got better but would suggest they heat up the water in advance so early morning patrons can enjoy warm jet water. b) Kids pool was NOT heated c) Water jets are turned on by placing your hand or thumb over a round touch sensor. But some of them were not working. One touch sensor actually was physically broken with some wires being exposed. d) Men's bathroom did not have any towels near the area where you exit from the Turkish bath. So you had to walk butt naked, dripping wet to the counter desk near the lockers to get a tiny towel. It would be great to have the towels stacked near the shower/bath area.

Very relaxing and professional staff, I enjoyed going to this place for my birthday, I felt like a queen. The massage and facial was perfect. The only thing I would say negative is the nudity part. My boyfriend told me when he was in the locker room there where men in there walking around nude! It is not appropriate for kids to be there if the grown people in the locker room nude, which it states KID FRIENDLY, have some respect a put a towel on if kids are in there!

The place is a playground and great getaway. I'd never done a huge spa club like this before. The coed pools are cool but I really wanted a variety of settings and minerals. The Japanese hot tub was the best. The saunas were something else. The gold and Himalayan salt rooms were my favorite. The others just seemed like a hoax - the infrared, color therapy, coal, cool room. The food and drink selection should be geared more towards health and detoxing than indulgences.

Compared to King Spa Spa Castle is pretty dirty. I rarely see anyone cleaning which is a pretty big deal when you're walking around barefoot (ESPECIALLY in the bathrooms). The first time I went to Spa Castle I even found a live roach in the women's common area bathroom. The other thing that bothers me is that they add 15% gratuity to everything you order. I can understand for the bar, but in the restaurants that don't wait on you there is no reason to tip. The only redeeming factor is the outdoor pool area, but even that tends to be dirty. My friend stepped on an earring (the pointy end which got lodged in his heel) and there are multiple things floating in the pool (hair ties, straws, hair pins). Probably won't be coming back.
