Great store with great variety for children especially for wide width shoes. Wonderful staff very helpful

We stopped in to get shoes for our 4 and 5 year olds.  Sizes available for stride rite brand was limited but I that was due to stride rite, not Bellia's.  We bought a pair of summer shoes for each son.  When we got home (45 min away without traffic), I checked them out further.  The shoes fit my 4 YO very well but when I checked the fit for my 5 YO, there is not much room.  I know you're thinking that I should have figured this out in the store but when shoe shopping, I rely on the professional to check the fit as I often can't tell where there toes are.  If they say it fits, why should I doubt them?  They were getting the sale no matter what, it was just a question of size.  Now I've spent $56 on shoes that might be worn for a month.  Return/exchange aren't an option as he wore them already.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon with my husband and children, and there were three ladies working neither of which approached us to help. Went up to the register where they were and one of the girls looked at me then looked down, I stood there for a moment then she decided to ask if I needed help. Ended up leaving due to the poor and lack of service!!

Nice place but not as big of a selection as we would've liked for our 9 month old. Associate was very helpful with getting the right fit.
