I recently had a very disappointimg experience at Headquarters. First I walked in and the store smelled very bad. I tried to ignore the smell and said to an employee that I would like to try on a pair of Timberland boots.  The employee said OK but he was noticeably slurring his words.  Then he said take off your shoes and asked what size I wanted.  I requested that he measure my feet (as they are still growing) and he said yeah OK but said it like he did not want to do it. He didn't really even try to measure me properly and only gave me one boot to try on.  When I said it was way too big he just said Timberland's run big.  At this point he was not assisting me and was instead playing on his phone.  He made no attempt to offer me the right size boots either.  As I was looking at $150 boots I really expected better service.   At that point I just left and will bring my business elsewhere.

I recently went there to purchase a pair of shoes that sadly did not fit but the kind young men help me get the right size. Good customer service I   highly recommend, this store has a nice selection of shoes,hats,socks and clothing.

This place is amazing it's a good place for the neighborhood and it's really close to where I live. Great service and the people there are nice and helpful.

I love this store! Great addition to the neighborhood!  Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.  Awesome selection of laces and aglets!
