Giving them a one star due to the fact that I had scheduled an appointment at 11 am for three and was told that they had gotten busy at 1010 cuz they had scheduled so many before and took walk ins so it would take maybe 15 more minutes. 40 minutes pass and still nothing so we decided to leave. Next time before you make an appointment with them make sure u ask how many appointments they made before you and if they can promise the time u made your appointment because apparently they cant figure out there schedule for appointments.

Andy was really great! I was more upset with the prices of the salon, and them not explaining the services & prices. It's an extra $10 for salts added to the water during pedicure, and extra for lighting on nails. The lady added the sales to the water without telling me this extra $ and I didn't know getting uv lighting after my nails was $ ( it seems that these are hidden ) I didn't know about extra "fees" I didn't know pink and whites were additional $ or I would of gotten one solid color. Pedicure and full set of pink & whites was $75 I wasn't expecting it to be this much. Even though Andy was great, I unfortunately I won't be coming back due these "misunderstandings" I was given a different price at the begginning, I told the lady what I wanted. She made it seem like it was my misunderstanding. Don't give your customers one price and then charge another. I will be writing s letter to better business bureau.

First timer!!!!!
I enjoyed my experience at this nail salon and can honestly say that I plan on making this one my go to spot. At the time I went, there wasn't much traffic. I called before coming in and they answered the phone right away. They accept walk ins and immediately ask how they can be of service and let you know what your estimated pricing will be as well as how long it would take. They even asked if I wanted my full set and pedicure done at once to speed up time or separately. The place was quite, the music made the environment peaceful, and the workers were very nice. I had the opportunity of being served by Andy. Though I initially only wanted a full set with a pedicure, he insisted he shape my eyebrows in which I allowed him to and was very pleased with my results. Towards the end of my experience, I did have some troubles trying to get Andy to match the picture of the designs I wanted but he did try his best which is just what the front desk ladies stated and at the end of it all asked me if I was satisfied and were even willing to change certain things until I was 100% happy. 

I know my story was lengthy, but my point to this is that yes it is pricey but definitely well worth it. They can consider me a returning customer because I will be back. Thank you so much for making my first time experience a good one! 😊

They do an amazing job. They are nice and they do listen to what you want. When you go definitely ask for Lee and Holly. They are both a great duo for the nicest spa treatment ever. Lee also did my eyebrows and she cleaned them up very well. Thanks!!
