Horrible place. I don't wear no makeup my first time going to an Ulta beauty store I have no knowledge of makeup I ask for help and sadly they didn't help me... I have gone a few times after that looking at YouTube videos and learning more I'm a big girl seems like every time I go in there they're disgusted by me they don't even go near me or ask if I need help... one of the employees were staring at me up and down so uncomfortable never got weird stairs for being overweight until I went to Ulta.

Have had my hair cut at the Ulta Salon twice now and don't think I'll be going back sadly. I'm not sure but it seems like most of the stylists are just starting out and do not have much experience. The first time I got my haircut there, it was supposed to look layered and blended in, instead looked like someone added steps going up in the back of my head. Also, one side was longer than the other in the front. It was kind of a mess and had to wait to let it grow out to get it cut again. So I thought I'd give Ulta another chance after my hair grew out a little more and went in again. I asked to get a short cut and even all around just to get those layers out of my hair. The short cut took the layers out but have some pieces that were longer than the other, depending on how I part my hair. I'm currently waiting for my hair to grow again to get this fixed elsewhere. Also, I was kind of upset because they charged me an extra $20 to get my hair shampooed. The haircut price includes the wash and blow dry so I thought that was weird. Come to find out I was charged because it was a deep conditioning treatment that I got. I had told her to use the normal shampoo instead when she had asked me if I wanted a deep treatment, so why she still used the $20 one, I don't know. I did ask her about the $20 charge after she gave me my invoice too and she knew I wasn't happy about it. I did speak to the manager there about this and explained what happened and she was nice enough to refund me the $20 so I did appreciate that. The last stylist at Ulta to cut my hair also told me that depending on how much experience they have that's what the haircut pricing is based on. So the last one wanted to charge me $45 I think it was and I told her the last stylist charged me $34 and she said she would honor it just this time. So based on my experiences there, I'd rather go back to Park Ave salon where you are satisfied with your $40 haircut and where stylists know what they are doing. I wanted to try somewhere new but nope, not worth it.

This place is horrible everytime I go in. Sadly in this location this is the only place I can find the things I need, with absolutely no help from the employees. They are rude, lazy, not the least bit knowledable of their product. At the line they try their hardest to not make eye contact with you and usually the cherry on top is the person in charge or at least I'm assuming she is, is always smacking her gum behind the registers. worst customer service I've ever experinced and I've worked in the field for a very long time.

I like ulta beaty. Nice selection of products. Ordering online gets you better freebies though.

Sonia is THE best! She is more than knowledgeable about the products. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the place. I will definitely be coming back and taking my family and friends with me.I cannot wait to try my new skin care regime!
