They made a complete mess up of my nails a simple gel saying I put my hands In too deep and it's y they didn't dry and therefore chipped  5 hrs later really??? They're suppose to last 2 weeks!!!!! Not ever going back!!!!

Today was my 4th time in this place, i just go there for wax, the first 3 times my eyebrows were done by Annie👍, but today for some reason they put me a lady that sits in the back, very rude, with blode hair, i told her to just clean around my eyebrows  (because they're  really hard to grow) she said "ok"... to start she burned me, and when i saw the final result my eyebrows were completely destroyed... this review is mostly  to please ask this place to not let this lady touch anybody's face again.

This was my first time there because my usual salon was busy so I went to Royal Nails and Spa.The younger male can be rude over the phone but is very nice when doing your nails. The acrylic nails are super thin that look like your own nail. I just got mine done on Sunday(10/9/16) and they already started lifting(10/12/16). I'm very disappointed I paid $30 for my acrylics and left $8 for tip. What a waste of money! I recommend going to Luxury Nails, they do a GREAT JOB and they are super nice, most importantly their acrylics last for a WHOLE MONTH!
