Bells and Bows is beautifully decorated for Christmas ! They have lovely items for sale, surely to get you started for your holiday. There is something for everyone. This enchanting store is run by the nicest, sweetest people in Martinsburg. Stop in for an awesome experience!

Horrible! I ordered a birthday arrangement from a picture on the website and Wow! It is nothing like the picture. Talk about false advertisement. I was told they didn't have the colored vase just a clear one but the flowers look nothing like the picture. I got ripped off. Calling tomorrow to hopefully get a refund. Stay tuned.
