Beautiful flowers. Great website to guide preferences. Rhonda took my order and asked questions above and beyond to insure my satisfaction of what I wanted! Nice to find that kind of customer service again!!!!

The flowers that were delivered didn't even resemble the ones that I ordered. I understand that they sometimes have to substitute similar flowers if unavailable, but it's reasonable to still expect something descent. The ones they used were dark and dreary. The only similar flower was the yellow rose. There was obviously no time taken with them as they looked like a child had grabbed a handful of whatever was close by and shoved them haphazardly into a vase. Thpics are what I ordered compared and what was delivered.
