Quality of work has been going down hill. Our last appointment our dogs hair looks like it was cut hap hazardly. She was also not brushed off of the excessive hair like she usually is.  And she was unusually anxious when we picked her up. We use to love taking our pet here and will now be looking for somewhere else.

I’ve been bringing my dog to belly scrubs since he was a puppy. He’s a golden doodle, so he gets groomed there every 4 weeks. The staff are always friendly and helpful to any questions I may have. However, I haven’t always been satified with the results there. At least not until Harley! Harley does a wonderful job on my golden doodle and he just loves her. He’s always excited and happy to see her every time I take him to his appointment. Which tells me she’s not only good at her job, but she’s good to my fur baby. So, we always see Harley for all of his appointments now and I haven’t been disappointed since. 
Keep in mind, no matter where you take your dog to get groomed— not all groomers are created equal. I suggest finding a groomer you like and sticking with them. And I obviously recommend Harley for anyone looking to get their dog groomed at Belly Scrubs:)

Self service dog wash is great, but the business aspect is not.  Twice I have had issues taking my dogs to get their nails trimmed.  I have tried to make appointments but they continue to tell that they just do walk-in's during business hours (10 - 5).
A couple months ago, I showed up at 3 and they didn't have staff available to do it. Told me I should call ahead of time to make sure someone will be there. Today, I called and asked if someone would be available around 4:30. They said yes, but they close at 5.  I told them I would be there as close to 4:30 as I could as I was driving from Charleston.  I rush home to get my dogs and get there by 4:40 and they have already closed shop!!  Not a good way to do business.
