GROOMING DEPARTMENT BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...I CALLED A SCHEDULED AN APPT ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF MY APPT DATE.  I GAVE THEM THE PHONE NUMBER OF MY VETERINARIAN TO VERIFY MY LITTLE GIRL'S RABIES VACCINATION....WE DROVE QUITE A DISTANCE ON OUR ONLY DAY OFF WORK TO GET HER GROOMED AND WHEN WE GET THERE WE ARE MADE TO WAIT 20 MIN UNTIL WE ARE WAITED ON, THEN WE FIND OUT THAT THE GIRL I SPOKE WITH NEVER CALLED THE VET TO VERIFY HER RABIES SO WE WERE TURNED AWAY.....THIS IS  WHAT I CALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... NOW I WILL NOT SHOP THIS STORE OR ANY PETCO AGAIN.  PETSMART MAY BE FARTHER BUT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY THERE.

Bought a cockatiel for my daughter and it was 250.00. Everywhere else is way cheaper but no one else had any so i had to pay that. Staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE, when u can actually get someone to help u that is. Go to petland in south point. Its way better
