Purchased a Crested Gecko starter kit on line the other day. Shipping was quicker then was told. However when I picked up the box I heard the jingle of broken glass.  Thought to myself great what am I going to do now?  It is to be a gift for my daughter with no time to send back and get new one in. 
Anyway.. I open the box which is way too big for the contents that are inside. (Could have fit 2 or 3 of these in this box)  The only packing material in the box was a few sheets of bubble wrap placed only on top of the starter kit.  I pull the kit out to inspect and sure enough the glass on the back part of the enclosure is cracked and broken. 
So off to Petco I now have to go. 1 hour trip each way.

They have a really large inventory. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the selections to choose from so, I had to find an employee to give me a hand. The employee was very nice and helpful but it took a few minutes to find someone to help me out. All in all, a great store!

The manager is a rude B.  I walked in to buy cat litter and asked where the restroom was, because I’m 8 months pregnant and that’s what we do, we pee all the time.  She told me where and said “of course there’s a restroom at the Walmart, too”.  What?  I don’t know why she decided to be a C that particular day, but, there you have it.  (Why do they even have a bathroom if they don’t want customers using it?  Thank god I was visiting from out of the area and don’t have to bother boycotting the place as I won’t be near it ever again.)(also they had a sick, dying ferret in their display case with the “healthy” ones)
