Every employee is efficient and polite.  They go out of their way to order an item they may not have, and tell you when it will be in.  You will not find a better pharmacy .  Also easy to buy other drug store needs at a good price.

It's been 2 months since we switched my mom's medications over to Belmont Pharmacy. My mom needs blood work done before her meds can be prescribed and the pharmacy can fill the prescription, so it's a monthly process of making sure 1) the medical clinic sends the 2) medical lab work over to the 3) pharmacy. Belmont Pharmacy is the easiest to work with in this whole chain. They called my mom's doctor AND the lab. When they didn't hear back in time, they gave her one dose for the evening and called the next day. One time, I was going on a trip directly from work and wouldn't be able to pick up the meds to bring home to my mom, and they offered to deliver it to her. They have even stayed open late to wait for me to pick up meds because my bus was delayed. 

Belmont Pharmacy has absolutely the BEST customer service, and the MOST competent staff who know exactly what they are asking for when they call the providers and they know  exactly how to transfer a prescription over from her old pharmacy. They are also friendly and each time I call or stop in, they remember me and my mom. They are competent and caring. They place her needs above logistics and go out of their way to call, deliver meds, give a one night dose, stay open late for me. Seriously, I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Belmont Pharmacy!

I have switched my prescription over from the CVS. My allergy meds are easy compared to my mom's, yet CVS's automated system still can't get it right. Thank goodness for Belmont Pharmacy.

I love this Pharmacy. Bob and Hashim are great guys. Everyone is knowledgeable and their prices are very cheap compared to bigger pharmacies. I would 110% recommend Belmont Pharmacy to anyone with or without a current pharmacy.

Excellent service, great offices, and location is perfect. I switched from CVS on trapelo rd and never looked back. Bob and Hashim are great.

I went in yesterday to Belmont Pharmacy since my previous in-network pharmacy is being dropped by my health insurance company and for good reason. This chain was overpricing lots of meds (The largest  pharmacy chain in the US). Belmont Pharmacy is not a chain and not that at all. Rather, it has a local mom-and-pop feel, knowledgeable, nice staff and lower pricing.  I met with registered pharmacist Bob Pavlan yesterday and he was super nice and helpful. My experience was like going back to home-cooking after reaching your limit with the same old salty, bland, restaurant food. No comparison here.  Belmont Pharmacy is a gem and it rocks!
