I definitely agree with all these bad comments. This flower shop should be closed down for good! The owner/boss Bobbie Hicks is the rudest, ill-mannered, offensive, and childish human being I have ever met. She’s a 50 year old woman who acts like a child. You will hear her voice from across the mall, yelling to either her employees or her customers. You will not see a worker there last more than a month before they quit. If she disrespects us (her customers) I can’t even imagine how she can treat her employees. I use to shop here a lot, but only when she was not at the store, but I’ve had enough. I’m never giving my money to this place that needs to be shut down. One star was too much to give to this so called “business.”

This place has the worst service I’ve ever witnessed. Starting off with the owner, she thinks she has the right to disrespect anyone who comes her way. Never coming back to this shop ever again. I love flowers but I rather travel further if it means never seeing her face again.

DON"T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. The owner is hateful and despises her customers and employees. The owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with, NO customer courtesy or care for that matter. She screams obscenities out loud to customers and employees and talks to both like their idiots, Clearly, she has major mental issues and a total disregard for people. There are a million other florists in the area that will treat you with courtesy and respect as well as be pleasant and welcoming. Don't give your hard-earned money to this person, spend it at a shop that will actually care about you and your floral order. Fair Warning.

It's sad that I have to give at least one star to this place because I would really give this place a BIG FAT ZERO. Ive never been talked to more rude on the phone. I ordered flowers for mothers day for my mothers 1. They were never delivered 2. When I went to pick them up, there were multiple flower sets sitting on their counter UNDELIVERED but the store itself was closed. 3. I had to go to mall security, but when the officer called the manager Bonnie, she did not answer. Today (the day after mothers day), I call to get my money back with my mom on the phone. When my mom asks for a refund Bonnie says "WHY ARE YOU MAKING SUCH A BIG DEAL ABOUT THIS, ITS NOT EVEN YOUR MONEY". So when I go to say something on the phone, Bonnie hangs up. My mother and I call her back and we ask for a refund receipt and once again Bonnie says 'why are you making such a big deal about this". Its hysterical how rude and ignorant these people are. Save your money and NEVER EVER EVER PLEASE SHOP HERE. Not only did she ruin the mothers day I had planned for my mother but does not even want to give me my money back. I am not from this area so I had no idea what to expect, but I was sadly treated with the most disrespect.
