If I could give 0 I would! I ordered two arrangements for Easter for family since I live out of state. The first one they delivered with it all melted and broken into pieces. The second never was delivered. When the store was called multiple times for it to be delivered no one ever answered all day. Then when I called the international number for refunds even the international company couldn't get the store workers to answer or its manager. Horrible service. I will never use this company again!

The rep Zena is horrible and the manager as well to allow an employee to keep someone on hold for over 30 mins... unexacceptable

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I ordered online and have been calling for 2 days now to speak to a manager or someone, I ordered something for my significant other and never received my order. How EMBARRASSING. Been calling for a refund and NOBODY answers EVER. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Aunt Jamima manager has attitude.  Weird vibe. Called on customers out of order after a long wait for service. Difficult. Too much work for simple request.

Whoever answers the phone here has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and is VERY RUDE.  Don't appreciate the tone or sarcasm.  Very unprofessional.
