Chose the 'beauty bouquet' for a same day delivery to cheer up my fiancee...the flowers were delivered on time and my lady loved them!!!

When I got back home and saw the flowers, they looked so much better 'real' than the picture online.

Avoid at all costs. My Valentine's Day flowers simply never arrived. When you call either of the numbers on the website, all the person who answers the phone will offer to do is  "forward a message" to the actual florist. Wouldn't you assume the phone numbers on the florist's website would actually connect you to the florist? The answering service cannot find out when or if the flowers will ever be delivered, or whether my husband's money will be refunded. I suspect the company might even be some kind of online scam.

Steer clear.

I will never use them again. The flowers I ordered for my wife on valentine's day arrived after 5:30pm when she had already left the office. When I called in the afternoon around 2pm to check on delivery the customer service was extremely rude.
