Beware!  Know that when you call this company for anything it is going to cost you lots of money for simple things.  We called to have our wax seal under the toilet replaced.  The written quote says "pull and reset toilet w/new wax & bolts" $219 PLUS the $69 service call.  They said they could replace the flapper as well for another $249 but mind you that does not include flange if needed.  While the technician was in my home I called another plumbing company and they said they would do it for $95 + $5 for the wax seal.  We sent Benjamin Franklin away but ended up having to pay the $69 "service call".  The manager's excuse for such high prices was that they send out fully equipped trucks and licensed plumbers out and that I could find any handy man that would probably do it cheaper.  I ended up finding a wonderful company that sent a MASTER plumber out  that only charged an $85 service call and not only did he replace the wax seal but he adjusted the flange that had been put on backwards at some point.  I suppose they have to charge so much to pay for those commercials on tv but I won't be calling them ever again.
