Does Google offer 6 stars?  I called on Mother's Day Sunday.  They called me back within 30 seconds of giving my info to their dispatch.  Victor, our tech arrived within 15 minutes and was well-dressed, well groomed and quite professional in demeanor.  Turns out our Nest thermostat was doing it's job (was running in Eco mode) and our system was fine but I had him check over everything anyway.  He gave me the numbers his equipment gave him and explained what they meant.  He said my system is in perfect working order, did not push a new system on me like other companies will do by default.  He did however propose their "Family Savings Club" maintenance plan and it's a fantastic deal, I went with the Platinum plan.  Could not be happier with the service!

I could not have asked for a better company to do my ac and heating installation.  Everyone was great from start to finish. I recommend this company to everyone. I have absolutely no doubt, they are the best and I would definitely use them again and again.
Great installers and Andy the sales representative went beyond all expectations.
I very highly recommend Strittmatter.

Love these guys. They came out on Sunday. Worked all day. Came back Monday Tuesday Wednesday working their butts off trying to get us fixed so we could have our gas turned back on. I’ll will call them again and refer them out. Thank you!!!

Called on a Monday to get a quote for a new hot water heater. Had the quote in less than 2 hours.  Scheduled the install for the following morning and the new heater was installed right on time.  Great service.  I highly recommend Strittmatter.

Called in the am, there to fix it that afternoon. Toby was honest about the situation and how much it was going to cost. Thoroughly explain exactly what was wrong and how it would need to be fixed. No surprise fees at the end. Great service from the office also. They will definitely have my plumbing business from now on.
