The owner and his staff are very helpful and personable. We have had a number of nice conversations during my visits on weekday afternoons when business is slower. I am a fan of the Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz shake and the Coconut Seven Layer Bar flavors.

This is a great ice cream shop because it has a good variety of flavors. The coconut seven layer bar ice cream is amazing. It's a very unique flavor that I haven't seen in other places. There's also a good variety in the different kinds of cones that you can get. The atmosphere is super relaxed so it's easy to come in and just chill with your friends on a hot day.

My best find in the Bayou City!! My dad was at M.D. Anderson and he asked me for a Chocolate Milk Shake. I wanted the best for him and stopped at Ben & Jerry's. The server asked me who the shake was for. I told him it was for my dad who was in the hospital. He said he knew exactly what to do. I took the shake back to my dad who was ecstatic. He said this is the best Chocolate shake he has had in a long time - he was referring to his younger days. I wonder what it was that the server did but I have a good mind to ask him next time I go back. And that would be pretty soon.

This Ben & Jerry's is right next to my dog's vet. It is on our regular schedule and we both look forward to visiting. Rookie gets Vanilla (boring) & it's Phish Food for me. All these years of coming here and it's always been a phenomenal experience. CLEAN floors & bathrooms, EXCELLENT ice cream, WONDERFUL servers, and most importantly, a DOG FRIENDLY PATIO!!! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great service and my favorite ice cream ever. Fast service no matter how busy they are. Strawberry Cheesecake and Americone Dream are my family's favorites!
