Overall good food although a bit pricy. As a family of 3, we went on the weekend and it wasn't too packed considering the area of town...we visited the Rice Village location. The food came out pretty quickly and the customer service was good. You're able to choose from the vast assortment of pastries via counter-service. They also offer the typical flavored coffees. A good place if you're not a calorie or financial budget...otherwise a quaint place for a coffee and pastry

Very disappointed. Ordered a simple baguette. Received our beverage promptly. After waiting a good while went in to check on our order. They weren't working on it. The person who waited on us inquired and told them to prepare. After waiting another lengthy time, inquired and not working on it. Ended up cancelling the order.  Poor service!

Really pleasant restaurant for breakfast lunch or brunch.  This is a Kale salad I had and it was delicious.  Much of what you can order is on display for you and you order what you can see.  Beverages include wine, soft drinks, coffee and I don't know what else.  I love this place, it is a treat in Houston.

The BEST coffee! Beautiful, unique pastries, that are fresh and exquisitely designed! Lovely outdoor seating as well. Try the salads!

Updated review: we have been back a few times to Flo both for desserts to go and for lunch. The desserts are always so good, and the croque monsieur and the Greek salad with tandoori salmon were delicious and prepared with care. We had an americano and a cappuccino and they were both perfect, so I'm guessing last time we just were unlucky. The staff in there are always lovely and welcoming. 

Original review: Lovely quiche and macarons that were light as air. The staff are all very friendly, and it's got a very nice interior. The main thing that lets it down is the coffee - we got an americano and an iced coffee and they were both flavorless and very watery.
