I called this morning to inquire about a problem with my convertible top and was asked to bring the car there.  Brian could see if he could assist or if parts would need to be ordered.  Upon my arrival not only did Brian stop what he was doing to come out in the misting rain, he said let me see if I have a clip to fix this for you!  As I'm driving the car to Chicago tomorrow!  Once I asked what I owed him for his time and trouble, he said don't worry it was just a plastic clip.  Wow, no one does customer service like this these days anymore!!  Thank you so much Brian.  I highly recommend you, for your kindness and customer service as that's lacking in these days and times and was so refreshing to find before making what I hope to be a long Sunny Drive!  Nice to know I will be able to access the roof with ease, if necessary!

Have a daily driver classic beetle. Convertible top is fine- just doesnt seal against glass right/needs weatherstripping. I google places and this place was close. Pull up on 10-26-17. Guys comes out doesnt get closer than 5 feet away and says no thanks too much involved. What I was hoping for:
-Hey man its something I could maybe charge labor on and not warranty as its old car top etc
- Heres how much a full new top would cost
-maybe try this place...xxx etc

Guy didnt even look at my top, the seals, or anything. 5 feet away no thanks is what I got. He could have atleast pretended to look at it.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ben's to anyone and everyone!!  My experience was having a convertible top replaced on a 21 year old car.  The knowledge and attention to EVERY detail was FLAWLESS!!  
The customer service is great.  The gentleman who changed my top took the time to explain to me the details of what steps he took to ensure I would be happy with his work.
I picked my car up just an hour ago...and I already KNOW this is the ONLY place I will EVER take my car to for the top, upholstery or windshield!!!

I normally don't write reviews on service. This time is exceptional! I recently had a huge branch fell on my car and destroyed my sun roof and windshield on my Toyota Camry. Naturaly, i called around and was given the run around by every major company that works on this sort of stuff....Including Safelight( with their cheesy jingles..lol). 
Bottom line,  Ben's Auto Glass & Upholstery is the truth! They did so much work outside of the scope of work just to make us happy.  Amazing craftsmanship, reasonale price if not the lowest price and finished the job 2 days ahead of what they initially estimated. 
This is a small job, but I tell you what you made a customer for life. 
My daughter is raised in this car.  It has a huge sentimental value.
