Good luck getting any kind of assistance if your not of European dissent. Especially if your black. You will stand there for at least 10minutes before being acknowledge. If you're European you will get greeted and assisted immediately regardless your needs. If you're anything other than European you will have to schedule an appointment especially if you're inquiring about kitchen cabinets. Awful experience going to the appliance department. Very 1950 like.

Needed new mailbox which I purchased. Wanted numbers for the front and there were no number 1's. Asked for assistance and said out of stock. Went to self checkout and have done that numerous times and there was an issue with machine. It took several minutes to get help because issue with another customer and that machine. Overall I was not happy. Went to Lowes and got the numbers needed.

Staff was helpful and found most all items we needed. There were a few things they did not have but overall a positive experience and nice employees!

This is the worst Home Depot around, went to buy a glass interior door, they do not stock them which is not my problem. The problem came in trying to order one. There was no one in millwork, I stood around 20 min, finally an associate walked by. She told me she'd find the guy. A few min later she walked back said she'd find a manager, I waited another 15 min with no one to come help me. I left. This is not the first time I've had to stand around to wait for these idiots.
