Benari Jewelers is the BEST Rolex Authorized Dealer I have ever purchased from.  Rolex model selection and customer service are fabulous.  They know how to treat customers.

I worked with Bobby to purchase an engagement ring back in June based off a recommendation from a friend and I can not say enough good things about Bobby and the team at Benari Jewelers.  He did not try to upsell me or push me to make a decision right away.  He showed me a variety of diamonds in varying price ranges to help me make the right decision.  After the purchase, their attention and customer service continued to be outstanding.  

While I live in Washington DC and it's a 6 hour round trip to see Bobby, my new fiancé and I gladly made the trek when we were looking to purchase our wedding bands.  They have made life long customers of us.

Benari in Newtown Square is a great place to shop, period!  Not only do they have a great selection of beautiful jewelry, but their customer service is excellent.  They are friendly, patient, helpful and personable.  They truly believe that the customer comes first and not the sale.  That is how you build a successful and respectful business.  A class act all the way!

David at Benari in Newtown Square made the ring buying experience a complete breeze. I was unsure of where to go for a ring, but after going to Benari I know that I made the correct choice. I was pretty sure that I knew what size engagement ring I wanted to purchase, but David enlightened me to a better option. He showed me an incredible diamond that was a tad smaller than what I was planning, but it was so flawless I knew I had to have it for my girlfriend. David was able to get me exactly what I needed, while giving me the best option for my money. I could not be happier that I chose Benari as the place to make one of the most important purchases of my life.

I am not one to write reviews often, but I cannot miss an opportunity to rave about how great Benari Jewelers is. Bob and Rachel have been nothing less than exceptional. My first experience with Bob was close to ten years ago, and since day one he's been polite, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Take a second and think about an experience where you've felt "special"...that the employee helping you, whether it's your jeweler, mechanic, waitress etc..., went above and beyond to make sure you were not just satisfied, but truly enjoyed the experience... That is Benari each and every time.  I don't want to overlook the fact that the quality of their jewelry is second to none, but the real gems here are the people.
