This is an absolutely exceptional jewelry store....not the typical chain on every corner. The selection is phenomenal! Lisa helped me and my father pick out a replacement engagement ring for my mother for a Christmas suprise. Im so glad we went to Kaplans. Every one there made us feel at home. Lisa made sure to help us find a beautiful,unique ring that fit our budget and our Christmas deadline. When we picked the ring up we could not have been more happy and impressed. The ring was gorgeous. The jeweler even came out to make sure we were satisfied. My mother was speechless on Christmas morning and beyond happy. Kaplans is great!

The jewelry they designed for me was AMAZING!

Ivan turned an old engagement ring into a real stunner.

The diamond hoops I bought my friend for her birthday were dazzling.

And I get nothing but compliments on my new bracelet.

(In fact, I haven't taken my new ring and bracelet off yet and it's been over a month.)

Bravo to Lisa and Ivan and all of the friendly staff!

I recently took two gold link bracelets in for repair to build up areas where the gold had worn thin.  One bracelet I was quoted $800.00 to repair the other $350.00.  I refused this outrageous repair cost, I told the lady behind the counter that I could purchased brand new bracelets at that amount.  She didn't seem fazed in  the least.  Last week I picked up my newly repaired jewelry from another goldsmith in town..  the cost..$58 for both.  NEVER AGAIN KAPLAN!

Please answer your phone. The hours on google say you are open but the phone message I get is from December and it is the second day in a row I called. The website is not loading either. Just thought you should know. Thank you!
