Nathan was very professional and efficient. Repairs were made completely and reasonably. Inspections of hot water heaters were done and replacement suggested due to age and efficiently. All in all very satisfactory. I have signed up for a 2 year maintenance agreement. I highly recommend their services

Our water heater went out in the evening called in for service and Nathan Lamb showed up he was very professional courteous. He did a EXCELLENT JOB!! We would highly recommend him. Very happy customer's!!!

I honestly cannot say enough about the amazing service Nathan Lamb of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has done for me in the two years I have owned my home. He helped solve a major water damage issue upon my first two weeks living in my house. And just recently saved me from another potential disaster by replacing a water heater as well as a minor leak in my basement. Nathan is as courteous, polite, and professional as anyone I have ever done business with. I have told many friends about what a wonderful company Benjamin Franklin is and specifically how great a job Nathan does. Thank you Benjamin Franklin and Nathan Lamb for all you do.

While visiting my Mom in Hot Springs Village I discovered a leak in her crawl space. When I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Kim answered & gave me Nathan Lamb’s number. He promptly called me back. He was able to come right over & complete the job in no time at all! My Mom & I appreciated his thoroughness in explaining the problem & the costs. Now we have peace of mind knowing that everything is fixed & that he will call us next year to do a check up. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Nathan Lamb!!!

The first time we used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we were so impressed by the professional manner in which the service was handled, from the telephone call to the actual service. Josh was prompt, polite, efficient, neat and accomplished what we needed without the usual stress on my part. All of the people we have dealt with at BF, Debbie, Josh, Tommy, were very helpful and accommodating anytime I called. They even worked with other service professionals to make our service experience better. I purchased their VIP service contract and they did exactly what they said they would do! I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing need.
