I had a small leak in my linen closet which was behind my bathtub/shower , I called and spoke with Chloe she was very helpful. She set me up with an appointment for the same day she couldn't give an exact time but assured me someone would be out . That was around 7:30-8:00am at 9:15 I received a call from Kyle letting me know he would arrive within 30-45min and he arrived at 10:00am. Kyle was very personable and he also cleaned up after he finished which was around 11 or so. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Kyle to my family and friends.

Paid $49.00 for the tech to stay 6 minutes which most of that was getting my credit card information.   My water heater was out and he attempted to light the pilot light.   Then got my credit card info gave me a $1,999 quote and drove off.  The coffee I was drinking when he arrived and I sat on my counter was still hot when he left.  He never looked to see if it could be fixed he just wanted the big dollars.  I called another company they came and are installing another water heater as I type this.  They are charging $675 less.  I used them in the past at the retail stores I manage but never again because of this one incident.  Do not use them call someone else.

Kyle was my service person. He called to let me know he was heading to my house. He diagnosed the issue and quickly made the needed repairs. I would recommend Kyle to others needing plumbing repairs

I wish I could get less stars.....

We recently had several storms come through our area.  Post one of the storms we had a major pipe bust in the garage.  We called Ben Franklin who came out and estimated the repair and did it the next day.  It ended up being busted from the front of the house in and into the garage.  We had debris in our yard, the entire house shook from wind and lighting.  

I filed a homeowners claim and they were aware of this.  I went ahead and paid the almost $1200 out of pocket. Allstate called them and good ol' Ben Franklin rep here, Chris, told them it wasnt due to storm damage it was "wear and tear." CONVENIENT!  We had a major storm, the pipe bust DURING, but its "wear and tear"?!? On a less than 9 year old house mind you!  You have to be kidding me! These people go their money and do not care if I get reimbursed. 

I will never use them again and I urge you not to as well! Be warned!
