Came out in middle of the night and fixed my busted pipe, then sent out a specialist who helped me take care of wall damage as well! Fast and friendly service. Tech 1487 'Eric' got me to do review, was very nice.

Andre was so professional and made sure the job was done right. I also had the feeling that he was very honest and was sincerely trying to help me. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

Dealing with Roto-Rooter was an unexpectedly pleasant experience! I had a plumbing issue for four days that I cannot fix on my own. I had called a local plumber that still has yet to return my phone call. I called Roto-Rooter and they were very friendly over the phone. They were able to send someone out that day, within four hours, even though this was after the work day had begun. I had not even explained my dilemma of having the issue for four days!

The technician arrived within an hour! He was very friendly and professional. He explained the situation and the bill. Even though the bill was higher than I anticipated, he explained that the work was guaranteed for 6 months.

I could not recommend the company high enough. I only wish that there were more stars! My wife is very happy to have her kitchen sink back!

Outstanding service from Tommy Bradshaw (tech #2048) when our kitchen sink drain needed hydro jetting to fully open after 40 years! Tommy was on-time, courteous and very professional. He also arranged to have pipe scoped to ensure no damage (collapse) due to age. Thankfully all was good and we now have functional kitchen sink! Thanks Tommy and Rotor Rooter for your service!

Cleanest, most organized, and professional plumbing/restoration place I have ever seen! They keep there trucks and equipment in the building. It was spotless!
