We had an out-of-this-world kitchen sink clog after a big family weekend.  I tried a bunch of options, but no luck.  So I called BFP and requested Charlie W.   Charlie W. knows our home very well and has been our go-to plumber for at least the past 10 years.  During Charlie's visit, he quickly diagnosed the problem and like a surgeon, addressed the clog and rectified the matter immediately.  Once again, Charlie W. has proven himself to us to be the best  plumber for our him, and Charlie always treats our dogs kindly and doesn't mind when they "shadow" him all over the house.  Overall, Charlie is highly sought after and is given my highest recommendation.

Charlie W. with Benjamin Franklin was a pleasure to work with. He showed up promptly to begin service and kept me informed with the progress of the project as well additional findings throughout. He was very polite and honest and truly provided first class service. Thanks, Charlie!

Dan S of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job taking care of a leaky faucet and then installing a water softener.  His professionalism in explaining the options helped me to make a wise decision to invest in a water softener.  I have enjoyed the water softener for one month and can truly say I wish I had installed one 10 or 20 years ago!   Dan took care of everything on the day of installation.  He positioned the unit in an optimal place in the basement and I felt comfortable allowing him to do this in my absence.  He checked in by phone with questions and explained what he was doing along the way so that I knew the job was getting done.  I would hire Dan again!

Mathew F. came out on time and inspected my plumbing and said what needed repair or what could wait. he repaired the items I wanted letting me know what the cost would be and then did it with out me even knowing he was here. so quite and curtious. These guys do their job and do it well. my hats off to Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Charlie from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out same-day on a Saturday to diagnose our failing well pump and replaced it right away.  Their service was, as always, prompt, friendly, and thoughtful, and they did a great job explaining things.  Much appreciated!
