Greg went over all of our plumbing issues, explained the service contract, and installed a new water softener. Service was excellent - they have earned our business. It's great when someone takes the time to explain the service BEFORE they initiate the service and they give you a price before they take action. I felt like this was a true customer service experience and not a company telling me what they think I want to hear. Pricing was fair - thanks!

I cannot give this plumber 5 stars due to price. I needed 2 toilets installed same day and called Lancaster Plumbing. The toilets were installed in a timely manner and Jay the plumber was courteous and professional. Great customer service and work. However it cost me $299 a toilet, plus $79 just to show up. That's $677 to install 2 toilets. That's outrageous! If you need a job done fast and don't mind paying, then this is your plumber. If you're on a budget, stay away.

I am very pleased with Lancaster Plumbing and cooling. I called the company to have my gas furnace looked over as I just purchased my home. Mark took his time to explain to me how my furnace works and made sure it was working properly. He had patience with me and made the appointment fun. I'm happy I chose Lancaster Plumbing and Cooling.

Our evening call to Lancaster Plumbing Heating & Cooling was dispatched quickly and Tom arrived very promptly to assess the situation. He returned the following morning at 7:30 am with his coworker Josh to install a new hot water heater and replace the plumbing and fixtures for the bathtub in our main bathroom. Both Tom and Josh worked quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain the work being done with us. It was a pleasure dealing with these very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen! We have used LPH&C for several years and will continue to do so. Their work consistently meets or exceeds our expectations!

I have never had such a positive experience with a service company. From the phone call to the receptionist where she was genuine helpful and understanding as well as remembered my name to the amazing service tech who was honest and a straight shooter. He answered all of my questions in ways I would understand was great with my dog and just very thorough with his work. Overall a great experience especially for a Friday and the headache of the problem at hand. Thank you both!
