I had a leaky aluminum patio roof and needed the leaks stopped. The contractor used Benny. He was very nice and explained everything, but the skylights kept leaking. I had to call them out twice to fix them, and then it seemed fixed until it started raining in June. Leaks sprung up from several skylights. I called the contractor over and over who had them come out a couple times, but didn't do anything about it. Water pooled up on my roof and after a couple weeks, my entire roof caved in and collapsed, bringing down the walls and destroying plenty. I had a five year waranty on a roof that I had for 10 years prior to fixing and 7 months after fixing. No one ever called me to find out what happened to the roof - I just got tired of them doing nothing. Since the collapse, one contractor and a roofer accessed the damage and said that every roofer knows that you can't put tar paper and gravel on an aluminum roof because it's too heavy and the weight can't be supported - at least not without an extra support beam. Guess they were right. I felt that they could have done a better job for $2000.
