July 2017. They are not the cheapest but we feel that they are the best. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would and did a total clean up.

I am the vise president of a condo association in SWFL and this year we decided to do extensive repairs to our building i.e. Roof, concrete repairs, new roof everything was scheduled months before and coordinated so that the work was completed before the snow birds return. Every trade kept there schedule except for Latite roofing. So far it has been 6 weeks and they are still not finished stripping the roof and making it water tight. There workers would strip the roof and leave it exposed to the elements. Every upstairs condo has had water leaks!! Unacceptable. The parking lot is a mess leaving nails garbage and material everywhere. Several owners have had flats and our lawn maintenance crew refuse to return because of all the nails. The workers come and go as they please with no one showing up for days. No supervisor on site a Total DISASTER. Be advised DO NOT contract these roofers. Furthermore we are in a complexe of 14 buildings that all the roofs need replacing. They couldn't care less that they lost all these jobs. Unbelievable!!!
