This is the second time I have used Benson and Bingham. Both times they came through for me with very professional and courteous service. They were always available to answer my calls and questions. I worked with attorney Lena and her assistant Adam Stone. He was great to work with and also made sure I got a very strong settlement. He constantly connected with the Insurance Company and let me know what was going on. He recommended a very good chiropractor who helped me a lot with my back pain. All in all I'm very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of Benson and Bingham.

Benson and Bingham are the only lawyers in Vegas that you should choose to handle your personal injury case. After evaluating a handful of different law firms, judging to see who I think would provide for myself the best outcome on my case, I chose Benson and Bingham. It was one of the best decisions I ever could have made. 

I was rear ended in a car accident here in Vegas and had sustained pretty major injuries. Throughout this whole process, myself not being an expert in these type of situations, Joe Benson and his paralegal Amy, were able to help me through this, and provided me with honest and caring service. What I liked most too was that Joe was very hands-on on my case, unlike a big box law firm where you would more than likely be passed along to an underling lawyer (like the 877-1... place). 

After everything, I was able to get a very fair settlement on my case, and could not be happier! If I were to be injured by someone, and felt like I wanted fair compensation for my injuries, I would not hesitate to call Benson and Bingham once again.

If I ever need a firm to handle an injury claim ( hopefully not☺), I wouldn't think

Just going to keep it short and sweet. This is our second time going with them after our  first auto accident. We picked them the first time because they had very high ratings. But not only that they actually had detailed reviews.  And it was those detailed customer reviews that really sold us on working with Benson and Bingham.  The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Adam Stone was our contact on both cases and he made sure that we were getting the treatment we needed and also kept us updated as the case progressed. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and was referred to them by the chiropractor whom I was treating with for this incident. Very satisfied with their business, they are professional and honest people. I personally and especially would like to thank the attorney Israel who worked my case. Whom also got me the max settlement for the policy that the insurer had $$$! And paralegal  Cassidy for her bubbly, kind, understanding personality whom also communicated and updated me on my case frequently, and was almost always available to talk when I called for anything.(and when she wasn't available, always called by the end of the day or next.) Never kept me hanging, or wondering what was going on with my case which is a relief! (unlike some attorneys who are never available and takes weeks to get a response back to know whats going on when you contact them.) communication is key! especially at such a stressful time! Thank you Benson and Bingham attorney at law!
