Horrible. I was so disappointed at how they don't keep you informed with the status of your case. I faxed over registration papers that were needed, they said they would call me back. Never called me back. Said I cleared my warrant, my son got pulled over because he was driving my car, cop said I still had a warrant. I called the office the next day, they still lied to me, said my warrant was cleared,  and that they just received my paper work that I faxed a month ago. B.s.. I just received an email stating that the court didn't accept my papers, I now owe $3,000. I did not like the way the office attendants, Denise or Ruth, don't call you or lack of knowledge when talking to you. Especially the lies. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

The website says they charge 50 to take care of it but when you call to ask over the phone they'll tell you 900. It's better to go to someone else

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Girl said she was going to check on my tickets took so long I was transfered to an office site person who couldn't transfer me back. Called back and was asked more than once do I remember who I was talking to after several answers no the young lady took my info nonchalantly and placed me on hold for another 5 minutes just to come back and tell me I need to pay $800 smh....

I was told one if the attorneys would be available from 10am-5pm and she knew I was coming by. Came in at noon, they were in the middle of a meeting and I had to wait an hour for it to end so I left and I came back at 3pm. When I get there, "looks like she left for the day even though I told her you were coming by"......Seriously? 

Drive across Vegas at 3pm in traffic and rain and let me know how you would feel...
