My wife hired the services of this lawyer thinking he would help get out of CCA Elloy Az immigration center..  In the end he never showed up to my courts, never resolved anything.. His secretary would not answer when my wife called and after waiting 7 months without any help they still took a long time to drop my case and they didn't even send any of my documents or file
In the end I represented my self and was released under my own recognizance 
Its because of lawyers like him that people don't trust lawyers

This is worst firm ever you are better off with public defender.  When I went in for my case attorney allysa engler and bert whipple gave me a consultation and they primised me that they would get my case dropped.  they didnt go to court and I got a warrant. then they lied about it saying the court messed up and would not refund me.  they wont call me back and allysa lies everytime saying that she will call and email me back but she has not for 4 weeks now.

I went through multiple lawyers during my case. Lawyers just take your money and run!
Bret Whipple is a dedicated attorney! When he is working on your case nothing gets in his way. I couldn't be any happier to spend my money on a real lawyer like him. This man got me my freedom back. I can prove what a great attorney he is with my case number. If anybody wants details just let me know. God Bless
