I had the Best experience with Joanna at Bentley Diamond. She was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Joanna took her time with us and my fiancé never once felt pressured. This is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen in my entire life. I couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous piece of jewelry to showcase our love for each other. It sparkles and shines like no other! Gorgeous setting and I love the band to accentuate the center diamond . The selections are great and the staff are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend  Joanna at Bentley Diamond ! What an exceptional experience. I love my ring!!!!!!!!!

Best jeweler around period, if you want excellent service and the best selection of diamonds around than go to Bentley. Very knowledgeable staff and just a great environment to be in. I have to say Nancy is the BEST. Before I found Bentley I went to many different places looking for an engagement ring and couldn’t find anything that I was lookin for. Nancy taught me everything I need to know about finding the right diamond. NO games here they honestly just want to help you.

Don’t sell your jewelry here. I sold a beautiful necklace to them and I was only offered about $80 for it. It was platinum with diamonds. I just went back again for the second time and they were selling it for $400. I should have known better by the buyer’s reaction to my necklace. He was shocked that I was selling it. I also should have called the buyer’s bluff when he said “you can always go somewhere else and see what they say”. I should have. Turns out,  BD is known for their awful offers on estate jewelry. Lesson learned.
