My FIANCÉ (still getting used to saying that) bought my engagement ring at Earth Treasures. His associate was Joy. She helped him make my dreams a reality. She was helpful and even was so patient since our Daughters (2 and 5) were with him in the planning process.She got them stickers and he got the cutest stuffed animals that we can keep as sentiments. She was attentive when we went back to adjust size and I seriously felt like I’ve known her forever. We’ll definitely be going back to her and the team at Earth Treasures for bands and special pieces for our girls when we officially tie the knot. It was such a pleasure having Joy help us take our first step on this new adventure.

It’s not often I’m able to find the time to write reviews being a working Mom with toddlers. However, after receiving one of the most heartfelt , sincere gifts in my lifetime I felt compelled to make time to write this one. Not many people are fortunate enough to go to work every day and have the ability to touch people’s lives like I do. As a jeweler you get to be a part of some of the most special milestones . Proposals, marriages, child births, religious ceremonies like baptisms and communions, even sweet sixteens, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries and Mother’s Day. For as happy as these days can be, there also very sad ones. Marriages that end, customers with severe financial distress and even tragic loss of loved ones young and old. I have never seen such compassion in any retail business as I have at Earth Treasures. As an employee and manager I must say after watching our staff celebrate and cry alongside their customers who often turn into friends, I’m more proud every day. This time however was a little different for me. Having worked here for most of my adult life, my fellow staff/friends have been present in celebrating my milestones and have even cried alongside me through dark times. But today as my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary he presented me with a gift that still takes my breath away every time I look at it. It’s most certainly not the the most expensive Earth Treasures purchase he has ever made but indeed the most special. A gold and diamond bracelet Inscribed in my late Mother’s handwriting “I Love You”. Earth Treasures was able to make his vision come to life in a piece of jewelry that I will cherish forever and be able to talk about to my children to keep her memory alive. Sometimes we forget the value of jewelry and how it touches people. Things such as this can be passed down for generations. Having been on the receiving end this time I assure you there is no greater gift then the gift of a memory that can live on. Earth Treasures, again from the sales staff to our amazing jewelers, I cannot thank you enough and know that today I am even more proud then I was yesterday. You amaze me in the miracles you make happen daily. You all deserve to know and hear how you touch peoples lives every day even when you think you were only doing your job. My family and I thank you ❤️

Real people, awesome jewelry, and great value. They have so much variety, they really want to help, and in the end, the engagement ring I bought was even better than I originally set out to find. 5 stars!!!

Entire staff is super friendly & helpful, but special shout out to Jesse for sitting with me for 2+ hours to help find the perfect style engagement ring and then working with my boyfriend to perfect the finishing touches. Jesse was so wonderful to work with, I can't say enough good things about him!!

I visited the store this Saturday to search for an engagement ring and could not have been happier with my experience. Deborah Ann who patiently assisted me for over 2 hours as I deliberated over multiple options could not have been more helpful. She took the time to learn about myself, my family and my girlfriend in order to pick out the best option. Her honesty, knowledge, fairness and personable approach made the experience very enjoyable and a huge reason why I would recommend the store to anyone. I ended up going home with a gorgeous engagement ring at a hard to beat price. 5 Stars!
